Ses Negres

The cuisine at the Hostal Ses Negres is headed by our chef Vicenç Fajardo and is based on seafood and local produce from the Empordà. Fresh fish, rice, top-quality meat and locally-grown garden vegetables are all cooked with special care to satisfy all tastes.

The restaurant of Hostal Ses Negres has two rooms, Es Restaurant, the dining room inside the hotel, and Sa Terrassa, a lovely outdoor area by Sa Riera beach where you can enjoy a delicious lunch or a relaxing dinner listening to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore.
